Refund policy

Refunds, Exchanges & Order Delays

At Nude Society, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, the following policy applies:

  1. Delivery Timeframes
    Orders are processed and delivered within the estimated timeframe communicated at checkout (e.g. 7–12 business days). Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, high order volumes, public holidays, or supplier delays.

  2. Delayed Orders
    If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, customers may contact us for an update.

Refunds will not be issued for standard courier or processing delays within the communicated timeframe. If a delay exceeds 7 additional business days beyond the maximum estimated delivery window and the order has not yet been dispatched, a customer may request cancellation and refund approval.

Once an order has been dispatched or processed for shipment, it may no longer be cancelled or refunded.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items
    If a product is received with a manufacturing defect, damage, or incorrect item sent, customers are entitled to a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund subject to inspection and approval.

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery together with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  1. Size Exchanges
    We understand that sizing can occasionally differ depending on fit preference.

Should a customer require a size exchange, Nude Society may approve an exchange subject to stock availability and the item being returned in original unused condition with hygiene seals/tags intact.

Please note:
• Customers are responsible for all courier/shipping costs related to size exchanges.
• This includes the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the replacement item.
• Original shipping fees (including free shipping promotions) are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup marks, or damage will not qualify for exchange or refund.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for:
    • Incorrect size selected by the customer (unless approved as an exchange)
    • Change of mind
    • Delays caused by courier companies once dispatched
    • Orders already processed or shipped
    • Minor colour variation due to screen/display settings
    • Items not returned in original hygienic condition

  2. Resolution Priority
    Where possible, Nude Society reserves the right to prioritise replacement, exchange, remake, or store credit before issuing refunds.

  3. Return Approval
    All returns, refunds, and exchanges must first be approved by Nude Society before items are sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
